17.30 Arrival, welcome and bag drop
17:50 Introduction & warm up at Norrmalmstorg with Victor
18:10 Running starts in two pace groups for a 5k run
19:00 Return to store for drinks, snacks, shopping & mingle
19:30 Finish and bag pick up
